Output in context · Lincoln finished 18th of 24 · a lower-table side
3 goals in 34 appearances (0.09 per game) — light end product the role wants to see climb. Add 1 assist for 4 goal contributions in all.
Strengths
- Availability. On the pitch for 69% of available minutes — a dependable presence in the XI.
Watch points
- Output. 0.17 contributions per 90 is light for an attacking role — end product needs to climb.
Outlook
With a Rating of 47.3, Wheatley carries the 12th-highest potential of the centre-forwards in the Championship of 22, and he is posting that for a lower-table side (Lincoln finished 18th of 24) — individual numbers are harder to earn on a struggling team, so his underlying level likely sits a touch above the ranking. In the final third he profiles as a work-in-progress on end product (0.17 goal contributions per 90). At 20 the trajectory points up — potential sits near its ceiling (98/100) and market value should climb as minutes and output follow.
