No black box and no vibes — just match data, turned into one scale every player is measured on.
Live match data across 30+ leagues flows in continuously — minutes, goals, assists, defensive actions, clean sheets, cards, the lot — down to the fixture-by-fixture level for each player.
Every player gets a Rating (their scouting ceiling — how good they could be, with age weighted in) and a Season (age-blind form, purely how they're playing now). Two questions, two honest answers.
Numbers are weighted by position and league strength, so a centre-back is measured against centre-backs and a Serie A season isn't confused with a third-tier one. Same scale, everywhere — that's what makes comparing players fair.
Every transfer rumour is scored for credibility by how reliable the outlets reporting it are, then tied back to the player. You see not just what's being said, but how likely it is to be true.
The scouting ceiling — how good this player could become. Age does a lot of the talking, so a gifted 19-year-old outranks a steady 32-year-old even if they're playing similarly today. It answers “who would you rather sign for the next five years?”
Age-blind current form — purely how well this player is performing right now. A veteran having a brilliant year scores high here even if his Rating has tapered. It answers “who's actually the best on the pitch this season?”
We keep the exact weightings under the hood — but the principle is simple: everything traces back to what happened in real matches.
Rating is our scouting ceiling — how good a player could be, with age doing a lot of the talking (a gifted 19-year-old outranks a solid 32-year-old). Season is age-blind: purely how well he's playing right now. A wonderkid has a high Rating and a lower Season; a veteran having a great year is the reverse.
We blend minutes played, output (goals, assists, defensive actions, clean sheets), the strength of his league, and where his team sits in the table — then weight it by position so a centre-back is judged against centre-backs, not strikers. No vibes: every number traces back to what happened on the pitch.
We only count the games a player was fit for. Miss half a season injured and you're judged on the half you played, not punished for the physio room — though a very long spell is partly docked so a two-game cameo can't read like a full campaign.
The biggest year-on-year jump in our numbers — last completed season versus right now. We surface both the raw jump (great for spotting breakout seasons) and the biggest percentage change (great for finding younger risers coming off a low base).
